University Dorm Rooms are available for only $28 per night, adjacent to the main dance hall. Each suite has 4 single bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 sofas, a microwave, sink, and a refrigerator. All linens are provided, but do bring soap, and shampoo. Check-in from 2pm - 5pm on Friday and check-out by 3:00 pm Sunday. If you arrive later than check-in, call the resident on duty when you arrive at (256) 651-8065. Check-in before going on to the dance is advised. UAHuntsville charges $150 for lost keys.
This year, the dorms will be in the Frank Franz Hall (FFH) that’s a short walk behind the University Center Exhibit Hall off to the northeast. The Friday night dance will be at the UAH campus Exhibit Hall Details on registration and room assignment will be sent out after the May early registration deadline. We must make the reservation so include purchase on registration form. Registration deadline for dorm rooms is May 8th.
Morning coffee is served at the dance hall.
Bevill Conference Center Hotel, is on the campus of UAHuntsville next to the dance hall. Continental breakfast is included for guests lodging there. Book this one yourself, for as long as there is availability. Call (256) 721-9428 for information and mention the NACDS Blue Moon Weekend to get the block room group discount.
There are also several hotels within a couple miles of the UAH campus. Please see the "Map" page to get an idea of the surrounding area.
The Bevill Center also serves a Continental breakfast for under $10 on Saturday and Sunday mornings, 7 - 10 a.m.
