We understand that things happen and sometimes you just can't get to the dance weekend as you've been looking forward to. Our refund policy as described in the Blue Moon Flyer is below:

Registration will be refunded if request comes no later than April 22nd. Request for refund after that date will be a voucher towards our 2018 Blue Moon event.
